I realised during transfer that I needed to alter Flickr permissions and sets before this would work for me. So I revoked API permissions, tidied up Flickr sets / permissions, deleted any transferred photos and albums from G+ and would like to start a fresh transfer ... but after signing up again it seems that there is no way to restart the process?
Plus, a 'select original for all' button would be really cool :)
GREAT work. THANKS!54 votes
I don't like google+ and want to move photos there to Flicker.4 votes
Please make the default privacy settings for migrated images initially to only me rather than the current default which is Public. Even if the set was public on Flickr. I don't want to spam people's stream on G+ with my migration.34 votes
Please include an indicator of how long it will take to get the photos transferred, for example, x photos to be transferred before this set. My Flickr Pro account is expiring, so I need to know that the photos will be transferred before only my last 200 photos are available. I am intentionally not renewing my Flickr Pro account and transferring to Google Plus because Flickr made this change to free accounts, which I dislike.16 votes
I accidentally selected large instead of original on some of my sets. They are queued. How do I clear the queue and upload original size?2 votes
I initiated a big migration using your tool. It's (unsurprisingly) going very slowly. I don't need it to happen quickly. It's TOTALLY cool if it takes weeks or months. But I'd love it to not fail and to not require tons of manual intervention by me: having to restart or do a few sets at a time. And I'd be very happy to pay for this service :)8 votes
I have completed the migration, Thank you. However I cannot start over or go back. How can I do this again?22 votes
Similar to upgrade image sizes. Should also apply to new photos being added to a Flickr set later.
Hi there. Fantastic tool, since Flickr has rally lost grounds since G+ came around. Anyway, I started migrtins my 725 albums containing 22000+ photos, but now your website says it is done with the migration - but I have about 300 empty albums... Can you do anything to help?

Hope you can help me out, and finish the migration :-)1 vote
Since you added the new Original size dropdown, I'd love to update the Picasa versions to use the full-sized images.
Please add a way to reupload the higher resolution photos. (Or downgrade them, if the user wants to save on quota.)
It appears to be possible using this API endpoint: https://developers.google.com/picasa-web/docs/2.0/developers_guide_protocol#UpdatePhotoOnly
It looks like you're using PHP and unfortunately the PHP docs for the Picasa client library don't have some way to do this. But I assume that doing the bit of code that uses PUT instead of POST should not be too difficult.30 votes
Similar to “Allow Restart” idea. Involves allowing upgrade of image size later.
Flickr supports videos, and Picasa supports videos now too (with the help of YouTube). Please add this functionality.6 votes
